Responsibilities
• Collaborate with finance and accounting process owners to maintain Financial Data Governance processes and systems.• Build and maintain global process and control documentation.• Assist with Global Financial Application Security maintenance and monitoring.• Apply analytical techniques to solve complex business challenges.• Develop self-service data visualization tools for business partners.• Assess the impact of business process changes using Key Performance Indicators.• Participate in or lead special projects as directed by department management.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of finance/accounting and systems related experience.• BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting.• Experience with ERP application/software.• Strong process background.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to interact with individuals of varying levels.• Ability to effectively lead meetings.• Strong organizational skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Project management education or experience preferred.
Key Skills Needed
• Programming proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python, or AWS tools.• Data visualization experience with Tableau or PowerBI.• Experience with Alteryx or other data analytics tools is desired.• Six Sigma
