Seeking a GIS Developer to recreate the internal system from ArcGIS 10.5 into ArcGIS ProUsing disciplined software development processesExperience with ESRI GIS software, JavaScript, and Python

Responsibilities
• Recreate the system from ArcGIS 10.5 into ArcGIS Pro• Ensure the new system properly links to and interacts with internal and external data sources• Perform beta and user acceptance testing, deployment, and bug fixing• Update system manuals and user guides• Update or create system and database metadata• Incorporate additional enhancements as requested• Create new GIS web and mobile applications• Coordinate and perform testing, deployment, and bug fixing for all tasks• Update system manuals and user guides• Update or create system and database metadata
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related area• At least 5 years of experience with relational databases, client-server concepts, and web development• Expert knowledge of ESRI GIS software and technologies• Expert skills in JavaScript, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and Python• Experience in cartography (desired)• Experience creating REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and/or JSON services• Experience in working with mobile applications and GPS Units• Experience in GIS application development• Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft Office• Strong SQL knowledge• Experience in complex spatial analysis (desired)• Experience managing geospatial databases and completing FGDC metadata• Excellent writing skills
