As a Gifted and Talented Coordinator Teacher at Vanguard Classical School, you will play a vital role in guiding students on their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Build and execute on the Gifted and Talented program. Comply with district and school policies with Gifted and Talented Students. Developing and delivering lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assessing student progress and maintaining programs to track academic achievement. Providing timely feedback to students and parents to support academic growth and development. Fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and integrity by enforcing school rules and expectations of honor, achievement, world citizenship, and kindness. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall success of the school community. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends and best practices.
