Position Summary: Identifies and cultivates relationships with donor prospects, both individuals and organizations, at the leadership annual giving and major gift level, develops and implements fundraising plans, and works collaboratively with other UWRF University Advancement staff to meet predefined gift contribution goals through donor cultivation and stewardship activities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree. A minimum of one year fundraising experience in an organization with a comprehensive development program, or related sales/customer service experience. Ability to work evenings and weekends as the position requires Preferred Qualifications
Three years of direct fundraising experience Familiarity with development programs particularly in higher education and athletics Appreciation for and commitment to higher education and intercollegiate athletics A strong connection to UW-River Falls Special Instructions to Applicants: Applicants are required to apply online.
