One of the questions they ask is what you do in your spare time. They really want diverse people that are easy to have a good relationship with. We had a call with the hiring managers for the genesys role.
They liked 1 of our candidates but when she was asked about her SQL experience, she was honest around not having any hands-on experience which is unfortunately a deal breaker. The bright side is they would consider her bringing her on for a different role in the future if she is still available. SQL experience is a requirement along with the genesys & BI/visualization experience.
