Responsibilities
• Promote teamwork and deliver timely and accurate guest care• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service center• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level automotive technicians• Check and communicate oil level and tire pressure• Inspect and refill fluid levels• Complete vehicle inspection and perform oil drain plug and filter replacement• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed• Document work performed and report safety issues• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
Requirements
• Previous experience preferred but not required• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals• Effective communication skills with guests and teammates• Ability to work on hard surfaces and in hot/cold environments• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds• Minimum age requirement of 18• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Key Skills Needed
