Automotive Dealer Group in beautiful Northern California is adding to its Management team. Are you an experienced General Sales Manager that does not want to make a lateral move or even worse a step backwards. Interested in earning an opportunity as General Manager, this is the Dealer Group that has a reputation for promoting from within. This ideal General Sales Manager candidate will have experience coaching, training and leading a team. We are looking for 2+ years of General Sales Manager experience and 5+ years' automotive sales management experience with a proven success record with Internet Sales, Increase Unit Volume, Customer Satisfaction Index and Department Gross Profit.
This opportunity is for a forward thinking, professional, career minded Leader.
Previous sales, Digital understanding, F&I, Used/New car Sales Manager experience is a must. Leadership skills must be top tier in order to be considered. Solid understanding and capable of managing Vin Solutions and V-Auto software.
Essential Functions
Understand vehicle inventories and how to properly manage Turn, ROI and Capital.
Ability to build successful sales team with daily training schedule incorporating factory certification courses.
Monitor & manage a CRM system effectively
Using appropriate procedures for management facilitate the Sales Department to generate expected levels of market share and sales efficiency.
Supervise Sales Management and F&I staff to ensure performance standards are met.
Help advance the Digital Sales team & hold accountable for their performance.
Devise appropriate forecasts for variable operations with General Manager assistance.
Provide for an appealing merchandised showroom, set up with vehicles and accessories to draw the interest of customers.
Meet budgeted revenue and expense goals.
Attend pertinent training as available to keep current with the ever-changing industry.

Associates or Bachelor's degree.
