Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise GenRad Supervisor and Radiology Technologists• Provide oversight for equipment and department operations• Coordinate general x-ray services to key areas and units• Collaborate with senior management on planning and administration• Consult and collaborate with OHSU leadership on integration of objectives• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements• Maintain supply inventory and ordering• Interview, hire, and counsel employees• Provide technical support and assistance to staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 3 years of Imaging leadership experience• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic radiography program• Management/supervisor experience and professional experience as a Radiologic Technologist• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center• ARRT Registered in Radiography and OBMI License• Valid CPR certification and compliance with applicable policies• Ability to make independent decisions and critical thinking skills• Ability to perform essential functions of the position• CRA certification preferred
