Roles and Responsibilities: Sell over $1,000,000 of product Maintain over a 48% margin Maintain under 10% non-moving inventory Follow OTB guidelines and process Ensure that the sales processes with all departments is working properly Follow all company guidelines and policy Promote and maintain a positive work environment Manage team schedule and coaching Responsible for department display and open & closing procedures Daily scorecard and KPI update Lead and hold team accountable with Daily/Weekly Staff Training Manage all personal schedule, commissions, training, and floor appearance Solve customer concerns Implement a write down process on product based on OTB data Assist in riding academy and shipping and receiving as needed Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift
