POSITION SUMMARY The General Manager is responsible for overall management and leadership of the business. This position will report to the CEO and will require regular review periods of organizational goals and objectives. The key responsibility will be one of creating a culture of continuous improvement through the application of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology ensuring achievement of growth and profitability goals while ensuring a culture of respect for people.
