We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our Malibu Barbie Cafe team.
Please note: Malibu Barbie Cafe Minneapolis is a temporary popup. This postion begins ASAP and concludes Mid January 2024. We're looking for: A natural born leader who is detailed, quality driven, and well-organized Authentic hospitality professional with the thoughtfulness to create joy and delight at every turn Has a passion for people, food, and experiences + has the skills to build strong and long-lasting relationships with staff and guests alike! Comfortable implementing and maintaining systems and standards to ensure the highest level of service and maximize profitability Possesses excellent communication skills, is comfortable "digging in" to any situation, and managing a diverse group of people and personalities Proactive and creative problem-solver who is responsive and thrives in a fast-paced environment In this role, you will: Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant. Supervise F&B staff in F&B operation and table service including training, coaching, goal setting, performance evaluation, discipline and termination If needed. Train, coach, and develop a team of high performing staff by exemplifying best onsite practices. Manage facilities maintenance, following checklists and communicating issues in real time, following proper protocols. Maintain an A letter grade from the DOH and confirm the all FOH and BOH management conduct DOH walk-throughs to ensure DOH compliance. Liaise with Bucket Listers Presents team team keeping them informed of ongoings. Build morale and team loyalty by fostering a work environment where team members' input is valued and encouraged Qualitifications: 5+ years of similar work experience as a General Restaurant Manager. Knowledge of F&B, FOH, and BOH best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention-to-detail on all operational matters. Ability to train and motivate all levels of restaurant staff Excitement surrounding the Malibu Barbie Cafe experience!
