Responsibilities Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, sales and marketing initiatives, guests inquiries and resolving concerns. Delivering a great experience to our guests. Leading the management team at our full service restaurant, Lager Heads. Lager Heads is our oceanfront bar & grill offering burgers, craft beers & live acoustic music. Developing team members, particularly the executive team and department heads, by providing support and professional growth opportunities. Recruit, interview and train team members. Oversee service quality and operational efficiency, while maintaining focus on financial measurements and goals. Identify operational performance, productivity & efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those areas. Serve as the primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate partners. Qualifications 8 years or more of hospitality/ hotel experience 5 years of GM, Hotel Manager, or equivalent experience managing a property of $15M Strong people leadership Full Service food and beverage experience Bonus Qualifications Local market experience Hilton brand experience Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management a PLUS
