Radish Kitchen General Manager, Nashville Role: The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Nashville location of Radish. They will work closely with the Regional Manager and play an integral role running the restaurant. The GM will work the front of house line, as well as BOH when needed.
Salary: Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. Paid vacation and health insurance. No early mornings, no late nights, closed major holidays.
Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taking pride in operational excellence Maintain an exceptional FOH and BOH team, hiring new employees as needed ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed at all times Manage and create the weekly staffing schedule for both FOH and BOH Perform daily inventory of ordering guides and place daily orders Ensure customers get the best possible service by training and coaching the team Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer Perform 1:1 meetings with Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Shift Managers Maintain high quality of food being served and work with BOH cooks as needed to ensure exceptional quality Work closely with Regional Manager and Kitchen Manager to execute catering orders Requirements: 3+ years of restaurant management experience Demonstrated ability to lead a team and act independently Ability to follow all procedures with an attention to detail Positive attitude and passion for making customers happy Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations Serve Safe Certificate Experience with Toast POS preferred Ability/flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Spanish Speaking Preferred (Not required) REQUIREMENTS Radish ( is a healthy fast casual restaurant born in Nashville and developed by chef and cookbook author Amanda Frederickson. The restaurant serves healthy salads, grain bowls, and wraps with a focus on premium ingredients and exceptional customer service. We have two locations - our Nashville location in Sylvan Park and our Franklin location in Cool Springs.
