The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a Toppers store locationThey are responsible for selection, development, and performance management of Team MembersThey optimize profits and ensure guest satisfaction

Responsibilities
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs• Ensure compliance with operational standards, laws, and ordinances• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen cleanliness• Manage shifts, uphold product quality and cleanliness• Resolve guest complaints• Oversee local store marketing efforts• Maintain building, equipment, and fixtures• Provide direction to employees regarding operational issues• Develop employees and conduct performance reviews• Prepare schedules and conduct orientation and training for new Team Members
Requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States• Must be 18 years of age• High school diploma or equivalent GED is required• Background check and ServSafe certification• 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience or completion of Manager in Training Program• Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping• Knowledge of computers• Ability to meet physical requirements
