Job Summary A Store Manager for Nekter Juice Bar is responsible for the overall operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. The manager is responsible for maximizing the sales and profit of the store while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service by developing strong store shift leads and juicers. You will provide employees with all the information and resources they need to do their jobs well and to feel a partnership with the organization. Hiring, training, coaching, problem solving, reporting and promoting will be in your hands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Concrete knowledge of the POS system and ability to utilize functions to better support sales and labor costs.
Adhere to all company food safety and operational policies and procedures and ensure that all team members are also in compliance.
Make sure opening and closing administrative duties are executed consistently and accurately.
Onboard new team members with the requirements put forth by Nekter and handle all sensitive employee issues with care.
Develop and maintain positive relations with the surrounding community through effective marketing and sponsorship.
Understand the store's profit and loss statement.
Qualifications Strong leadership with at least 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience
Passion for healthy food and healthy living
Flexible schedule - your work hours are based on business needs
May require some bending and lifting a minimum of 40lbs
