As general manager, your job would be to ensure that we achieve this goal daily and that the staff is equipped and motivated to serve our guests well. You may do this in a variety of ways including; engaging with staff and managing morale, hiring and training staff, interacting with guests, ensuring food safety standard are met, implementing and tracking cost-savings initiatives, monitoring business metrics to ensure cost efficiency, tracking and ordering supplies, and working with managers to meet business objectives. We value continuous improvement and believe that every employee has something valuable that they bring to the team. One aspect of the general manager's job is to communicate regularly with employees in order to both cultivate growth in them as well as illicit useful feedback that can help the store improve. Additionally, we value honesty, respect, and humility and are looking for a manager who can use these as a guiding factor in their decision making process.
