Responsibilities
• Safeguard the asset and implement HEI Hotels and Resorts culture• Tour and inspect property daily for condition, cleanliness, and quality• Travel for corporate meetings and serve on committees• Aid Human Resources with associate issues• Hire, train, and manage staff, and develop improvement plans• Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image• Promote the hotel to potential and current clients• Guide Executive Committee, Management, and staff in decision-making• Create and execute financial objectives of the hotel• Perform any other assigned job duties
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum 5 years of management experience• Knowledge of hotel operations and long-range planning• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Ability to stand and move throughout hotel property• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
