Ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of experience within hospitality management industry; preferably hotels or RV Resorts. Previous select service/ hotel GM experience a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Operational departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Experience with monthly operating budgets, expense management, and overall financial acumen. Analyze transient, monthly, and seasonal revenue and conduct comparisons at various intervals to identify market trends for the owner. Ensures compliance with federal state & local agencies that regulate fair housing laws & resort operations Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
