Job Description: The General Manager leads a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, upholding brand standards, and embodying Smoothie King core values. Responsibilities include team development, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining product quality and safety, maximizing sales performance, maintaining a safe and well-maintained store, effective communication, driving company programs, managing cash handling, and driving profitability while working side by side with your team and fostering a welcoming environment.
