The General Manager defines, strategizes and executes the vision and mission of the of the Company. He/she leads the management team and crew by bringing each critical success factor into the company vision's focus: "Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well . He/She will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and CFA standards. Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House Organize and oversee staffing Coach team members Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Maintain Proper Quality Parameters Posses excellent organizational and time management skills Physical Requirements:
