Job summary
Hourly Rate: $18.03Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pmMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures and motors• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers and toilets• Painting structures and equipment• Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps and sidewalks• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles• Hanging doors and installing door locks• Replacing broken window panes• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery• Following procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty
Requirements
• Obtaining and maintaining security clearance• Having knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field• Working under general supervision• Reporting to a supervisor or manager• Being able to work a flexible schedule• Having a certain degree of creativity and latitude
