Full job description About the Role:
Under direct supervision; Perform minor repairs and improvements to building systems, production equipment or grounds systems. Assist with furniture or event setups. Assist in troubleshooting for minor problems. Assist with project assignments. Keep necessary records. Assist in inspections of systems, buildings and equipment. Participate in education of company systems, buildings, equipment, and best practices. In this role you will coordinate and fulfill all maintenance needs for the Nu Skin facilities area, under the direction of the Facilities Director.
What you'll do:
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing issues with buildings and installed systems
Clean, lubricate, service and repair a wide variety of equipment, service controls and water feature related components.
Help install, modify, and maintain building equipment systems
Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance
Help facilitate and run audio visual for internal/external meetings and events
Assist in the operation and inspection of life safety/fire systems
Help inspect buildings, and equipment for malfunctions
What you'll need:
2 years experience
Strong technical aptitude
Functional knowledge of typical office software suite
Maintain a high level of personal integrity and reliability
Willing to embrace new methodologies, work in a strong team environment, and participate in/contribute to building the team through ongoing training
Perform work in compliance with current codes, safety regulations, and FDSA guidelines.
Ready to respond immediately to emergency situations or concerns (rotating on call responsibility)
General understanding of building mechanical systems, schematics, their interdependence, and the trade tools required to service such
