RSI's personnel are trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and maintain their annual eight-hour updates. RSI mobilizes its own work force to provide remedial construction services. RSI based in Independence, KS, is a premier nationwide contractor supplying innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental remediation challenge.
Summary Remediation Services is currently seeking a highly motivated General Laborer looking to work for a progressive, fast-growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities Qualifications Adhere and follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site specific safety plan when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear. Performs tasks associated with processing Non-Hazardous Waste. Operates light and heavy equipment including: skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts and pressure washers. Wear a respirator as needed. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to operate light and heavy equipment Hazwoper 40 hour certified. (will provide training). Safety oriented mindset with the determination to follow all procedures and policies. Willingness to shave and wear respirator as needed. Ability to work well in a team environment critical. Education and Experience Six (6) months of previous labor experience Physical/Environment Requirements Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the shift. Works in atmospheres with low clearance, confined spaces and at heights.
