PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: ? DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active AZ license, or ability to obtain one, in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
? Proficient in Extractions a plus
? Root Canal experience preferred
? Ethical patient-centric provider
? Coachable, Team-Oriented
