Concord University is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the GEAR UP Southern West Virginia Partnership grantThe position is full-time and contingent upon external fundingThe Administrative Assistant will report to the Project Director

Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of various financial documents• Process and support production of correspondence and reports• Provide support for the submission of the Annual Performance Report• Assist in documenting services in Performance Insights database• Prepare and distribute program and event evaluations• Provide guidance and supervision for work study student workers• Complete payroll review and approval for student workers• Maintain efficient and organized program workspace• Plan and coordinate travel for special events• Manage office technology and update GEAR UP SWV LISTSERV• Complete designated office tasks and assist with meeting needs
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in a Social Service field• Minimum of two years of related experience• Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Experience with grant reports, P-card, and budget reconciliation is preferred• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and adapt to changes• Excellent communication and detail-oriented organization skills• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment• Experience working with GEAR UP or similar grants is preferred
