Garage Door Distribution Center Manager

Windsor Door has a 76-year history in the garage door industry and is currently growing opportunities in their Distribution Centers. We are looking for energetic people who enjoy a family environment This position is responsible for the sale of doors and operators in a specified Distribution Center region. We are willing to train individuals in Garage Doors who have strong sales, P&L, forecasting, team building, and management background.

Role and Responsibilities
Assists resellers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
Acts as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and proposals.
Attends trade shows.
Must possess a strong mechanical/technical aptitude and be good with numbers.An understanding of the construction industry with the ability to understand plans and specifications.
Must also have an understanding of both pricing and P&L as it relates to customers.
Manages their teams, team development, processes and training.

Education/experience
Bachelor Degree required
At least three years of field sales experience
Three (3) plus years of sales experience with garage doors, construction or similar industry is preferred but not required

Travel
This position requires overnight travel 10% -20%
