Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management units and other University staff to support Slate CRM system and admissions applications• Assess and analyze performance of online application forms and admission workflow systems• Leverage CRM tools to automate targeted communications to prospective students• Manage project documentation and resolve data integrity issues• Respond to and troubleshoot CRM user, administrator, and system issues• Provide support and training to users related to records management, form building, and event management• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of student academic records• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Experience translating complex technical concepts into non-technical language• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Outstanding customer service orientation• Preferred qualifications include experience with Slate or similar CRM systems, web technologies, and admissions settings in higher education
