Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group counseling services• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients• Conduct individual initial assessment and evaluation interviews• Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment• Respond to patient grievances and complaints• Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans• Other related duties as determined by supervisor
Requirements
• Must have current LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LCSW or LMFT• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
