Culver's, a beloved family restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking a highly skilled Full Time Restaurant Opener to join our team. As an integral part of our morning crew, you will play a crucial role in setting up the restaurant for the day and ensuring everything is in place for a delicious start.
What does a Porter Do? • Very responsible position that opens, sets up and prepares the restaurant for the day
• Maintains the interior and exterior appearance of the building and grounds
• Puts away deliveries, rotates and manages stock
• Completes all scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
• Also works in a restaurant position during business hours
• Start most days at 6am (possibly earlier)
• You'll go through a 60 to 90 day paid training program before you are eligible to be a Culver's Porter

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
