Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision STD/LTD/Life 401k Student Loan Assistance Continuing EDU Clinicians who believe: We Educate to Empower Feedback is a Gift Playing Offense (Proactive) is Better than Being on Defense (Reactive) Perfect Action > Perfect Results Duties: Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and modalities Familiarity with pediatric orthopedic & sports physical therapy is a plus
