This role is remote (on Eastern Time) but we require the individual to be located in one of the following states: Michigan Illinois Ohio Pennsylvania Florida Texas Missouri Wisconsin or Arizona.
Summary We are seeking an experienced FullLifecycle (HighVolume) Manufacturing Recruiter to join our RPO team. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent across multiple manufacturing departments. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
Essential Responsibilities: Partner with HR and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet them. Utilize Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruiting process. Utilize sourcing tools such as Phenom Indeed Handshake and LinkedIn to find and attract top talent. Proactively source and screen candidates for all levels of manufacturing positions. Manage the recruitment process from intake through screening to offer acceptance. Coordinate interviews with department managers and other key stakeholders. Participate in and coordinate hiring events to attract and identify top talent. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition) 5 Years of Full Life Cycle recruiting support 3 Years of sourcing passive candidates Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple levels of manufacturing positions. Experience managing recruitment events such as career fairs and college recruiting events. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
