Accepting applications from 4/11/2024 - 4/17/2024 What You Will Do As the Fulfillment Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring our order fulfillment strategy is flexible, right-sized for our growth plans, and provides best-in-class execution and service levels for our valued customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a readiness to learn and build systems to accelerate Chomps towards our rapid growth objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in customer supply chain management and/or 3PL relationship and performance management, capable of both individual contribution and leadership in an entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Own order fulfillment strategy for all wholesale customer orders. This will include extensive collaboration with our sales, operations and 3PL fulfillment partners. Own fulfillment compliance reconciliations and work with our 3PL fulfillment partners to ensure they have a good, working SOP that adheres to each customer's unique set of requirements. Own wholesale customer MOQ analyses and make internal recommendations backed by data. Manage 3PL fulfillment spend auditing versus contractual agreements and budget. Own order allocation strategy and communication across the organization with the collaboration of our sales, business analytics and planning teams. Manage QBRs with 3PL fulfillment partners to drive performance improvement efforts and increase transparency across our supply chain. Own the professional development of Fulfillment team members. Own NetSuite order fulfillment processes and work towards driving process efficiencies. Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to build out fulfillment functional budgets. Who You Are Highly proficient in MS Excel Experienced ERP user (SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, ect) Retail/Wholesale fulfillment experience required You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, multitask, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment; you like building game changing systems An entrepreneurial mentality with a 'self-starter' approach You are an adept problem solver who seeks creative solutions, with a consistent attention to detail Your analytical skills are strong You have the capability to manage your workload effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality output Highly organized and a strong communicator with demonstrated cross-functional experience You are a leader and team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously while fostering collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment You can handle detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment Experienced with creating SOPs and other process documentation You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You can work independently and as part of a team 3+ years of experience in 3PL fulfillment management and/or distribution management Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time Position : Manager, Fulfillment Reports to : Manager, Supply Chain - Logistics & Fulfillment Location : Remote + travel requirements Type : Full-Time, exempt Salary Range Opportunity: The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 + 20% annual bonus Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp: Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
