Fulfillment Lead – M-F, 11:30 am to 8 pm OR 3 am to 11:30 am Summary: As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Warehouse Associates; one of your main focuses will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team. You will be responsible for leading your team during a shift to maintain the highest levels of employee engagement, safety, quality, and productivity. You will be required to understand and support all warehouse functions but will be assigned to one of 3 areas: Inbound, Inventory, Fulfillment & Shipping. To achieve success, you are expected to drive productivity through employee development, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
