Responsibilities
• Coordinate activities to make vehicles rental/sale ready• Review and resolve improperly coded vehicles• Organize staging of vehicles on lot based on status• Review and resolve non-rentable units and fleet status issues• Mark vehicles with Quadrant system and monitor aging• Inventory vehicles and monitor asset control points• Add new asset tags to incoming fleet in EAM• Complete administrative duties such as data entry and responding to emails• Coordinate transportation and scanning of Non-Revenue moves• Collaborate with Pool Fleet Manager, Distribution Manager, Operational Managers, Airport General Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Clerks
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Prior experience in car rental industry and asset control preferred• Prior logistic or transportation experience preferred• Ability to work with computers and tablets• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook• Ability to navigate GPS mapping application and follow guided directions• Strong communication skills and attention to detail• Adaptability and flexibility in changing direction and focus• Ability to work in inclement weather outdoors• Flexibility for scheduling including nights, holidays, and/or weekends
