Salary: $15.36- $17.18+/hour

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
This is a very physical role, with responsibilities including:
Taking orders and interacting with both the customers (residents) and the cook; Assisting with food prep involving making salads, fruit cups, scooping ice cream, etc.; Assembling and delivering trays to tables as well as to other floors; Bussing tables; Resetting the dining room after dinner service; Working in a dish room; Sanitation tasks such as kitchen clean up, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the garbage; Assisting with putting away deliveries and food stock items; Setting up for special events such as catering luncheons for the residents Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
