This role reports to the regional consumer sales team and is responsible for improving the penetration of our fiber optic broadband service within the assigned residential territory. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results spanning multiple channels including D2D, residential agents, multifamily, and more.
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped COMMISSION ONLY PAY STRUCTURE with weekly overrides based on team sales.
About You
As a Sales Manager for Frontier's Residential campaign, you will play a crucial role in the field supervision, development, and overall execution of a geographically dispersed outside sales team. You will oversee sales activities & focus on enabling sales success for each member of your team. You will lead from the front and act as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating, performance managing, and providing support at an individual level.
Responsibilities Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, multifamily, and community engagement); tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory. Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet Travel up to 25% as necessary Beat our competition and delight our customers every day. Benefits
