• Supervising and leading associates• Managing day-to-day Front Office operation• Responding to guest requests and complaints• Maintaining Lost and Found procedure and policies• Motivating, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Front Office associates• Administering performance appraisal process• Training Front Office associates on Marriott Brand Standards• Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures• Providing exceptional guest service• Interviewing and recruiting managers and hourly employees
Requirements
• 3 years experience as a Front Office Manager in a full-service hotel• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• High School diploma or Hospitality degree certificate• Prior experience in a similar position preferred• Follows company and safety and security policies and procedures
