Responsibilities
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction• Manage front office operations and oversee room reservations• Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings• Uphold hotel's commitment to hospitality• Maintain knowledge of hotel features/services• Monitor and resolve check-in/check-out process• Ensure security of guest room access• Coordinate delivery of amenities and handle VIP arrivals• Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff
Requirements
• High School Graduate or equivalent• 1-2 years of customer service management experience• Experience with hotel systems preferred• Computer skills required• Good communication skills both written and verbal• Knowledge of local area preferred• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
