• Address and resolve guest concerns• Increase departmental and overall guest satisfaction• Create action plans to improve guest service deficiencies• Monitor guest room occupancy and minimize overbooking• Coordinate with other departments for improved communication and guest satisfaction• Maintain rewards programs and guest service initiatives• Participate in room revenue and occupancy planning• Train and develop front office employees• Greet guests, register and assign hotel rooms• Make and confirm reservations
Requirements
• Hotel experience preferred• High school or equivalent education preferred
