Job Description Embark on a career-defining journey as a  Director of Front Office  with our thriving team! We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment. 
You will be part of creating a vibrant culture and work on a team that collaborates and has the desire to raise the bar. We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Front Office team.
Spearheads Front Desk operations to ensure unparalleled guest service and seamless operational workflows during check-in and check-out processes. Directs room reservations, maintains front office systems, manages supplies inventory, and optimizes scheduling for efficient operations. Provides comprehensive training, supervision, counseling, scheduling, evaluation, and motivation for all front desk associates, ensuring a commitment to service excellence and sustained performance growth. Partners effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments, fostering seamless communication and cooperation to enhance guest experiences. Demonstrates adept management skills and sound judgment to address challenges and achieve optimal outcomes. Upholds company standards rigorously to guarantee consistently high-quality guest relations and experiences. Communicates with guests and associates, both verbally and in writing to answer questions and provide clear direction in advising and instructing team members accordingly. Leads, facilitates, and actively engages in meetings to collect and share pertinent information, promoting team unity and alignment. Actively participates in all areas of operations as needed, embodying a fully hands-on approach to leadership. Embraces and promotes the company's culture and core values, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment. Assumes additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by the hotel's general manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs. Requirements Must have hospitality experience in leadership role. Minimum 3 years management experience and/or bachelor's degree. Minimum 3 years Hotel Front Office and or Guest Services Management experience. Minimum expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Outlook. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proven track record ability to motivate and inspire team. Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States. Additional Information Why Westgate?
