• Take care of guests in various roles: register, drive-thru, kitchen• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service• Maintain consistency, reliability, and positive attitude• Value teamwork and love serving/helping others• Create emotional connections with guests• Encourage others to follow restaurant's visions and values• Multitask and work quickly yet thoroughly• Communicate effectively with guests and team members• Stand for extended periods of time• Possibly work in Front Counter, Drive Thru, or Kitchen
Requirements
• Smile and make eye contact• Prioritize guest satisfaction• Ability to work on feet for several hours• Preferred but not necessary prior experience• Full-time entry-level starting wages: $12-$16/hour
