Front Of House Manager

Prime Dining LLC is currently seeking an individual with upscale dining experience and some knowledge of wine to join their team as a front-of-house staff member at Roots & Vine, a high-end 40-seat tasting and pairing menu restaurant. As a front-of-house staff member, the individual will be responsible for various tasks which include, but are not limited to, ensuring adherence to company policy, maintaining and updating the POS system, creating and managing staff schedules, training employees in restaurant procedures, upholding safety and food quality standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing payroll data, procuring food, linens, gloves, and other supplies within budget, supervising daily shift activities, ensuring accurate completion of end-of-day cash procedures, coordinating front- and back-of-house operations, managing operational costs and reducing waste, evaluating staff performance, and recruiting and interviewing new employees. Additionally, the individual will be required to build wine pairings and wine list, as well as solicit guest feedback on product quality and service.
