Responsibilities
• Work all stations from food service cashier, expediter, taproom• Manage customer experience• Greet customers, explain how the establishment works, answer menu questions• Ring in orders and close customers out• Maintain cleanliness in the front of house• Multitask and remain calm under pressure• Have excellent spatial awareness
Requirements
• Have reliable transportation to and from work• Cellphone or phone• Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit• Clear and effective communication with managers, coworkers, and customers• Respect for coworkers, positive attitude, willingness to learn• Ability to work a high volume effectively and efficiently• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time• Restaurant experience is a plus
