Job summary: We are looking for a Front-End Developer who can develop effective user interfaces on the company website and business applications for internal use. The successful candidate will work closely with other software developers to design or update the front end of our various applications and make them more efficient and maintain consistency across them. The Front-End Developer will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to front end issues to help make our applications more visually appealing and enhance usability. This role will require a thorough understanding of front-end web development with a responsive architecture in a team-based collaborative environment.
Summary of Essential Job Functions: Create graphic design assets and implement on websites and internal applicationsMake front end updates to websites and internal applications, specific work on internal Admin Portal.Manages CMS for website updates to widgets and themesWorks with IT for ongoing back-end maintenance and perform front-end optimizations for page speedConstantly seeking to innovate through a mobile first mindset providing suggestions, feedback, and thoughts on UX/UI using analytics and user behavioral toolsProvides feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI best practicesCompetencies: Knowledge of website management, design, and SEO best practicesWorking knowledge of and experience with web content management systems (CMS) Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of C#, XML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/BlazorExperience with intuitive UX/UI design and some knowledge of adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator)Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Work Type: Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ Local)
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
