Front Desk Phones U-Haul Location Bullhead City, AZ : We are expanding and in need of a new Full Time Storage + Uhaul Rental Receptionist at our Bullhead City Office . Experiance required. Must be: comfortable at a front desk, able to juggle multiple phone lines, happy to greet and assist customers, fast at typing, solid at multitasking, and able to represent our company in a professional manner at all times during their shift. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys learning and working with others to accomplish goals. All training provided! Daily Responsibilities will Include: Using multiple Point-of-Sales Software and Task Management Platforms on Computers / Smart Phone. Booking new Storage Tenants Remotely by Phone. Following up with new Online Storage Rentals. Up-selling Tenant Protection Plans and Retail Products. Calling UHAUL Customers to confirm/schedule Reservations. Cleaning UHAUL equipment with provided supplies, outside. Bending, stooping, and lifting 40 lbs unassisted to hook up UHAUL Trailers. Moving UHAUL equipment, keeping the lot organized. Assisting customers with backing up vehicles to UHAUL Trailers. Tracking and Noting Storage/Uhaul Customer Accounts. Processing Payments/ Cash-Handling/ Bank Deposits. Collections Calls and Tracking Auctions for Legality. Updating Google-Drive Spreadsheets Daily. Daily Set Up of Front Office. Filing Incident Reports, Office Organization. Post Office/ Supply Runs. Checking units for Rental Readiness (sweeping storage units, property walks). Meeting with Customers to trouble-shoot their Units. Posting advertising on Social Media. Ability to seek solutions and find answers using the internet and our software. Other tasks as needed (discussed in interview). Requirements: Open + Weekend Availability. Smart Phone Literate, ability to Group Text, send/receive photos. Able to Type and make accurate notes in English while multitasking. Enjoy working with the public and serving our customers. Phone/ Sales/ Cash-Handling Experience. Able to lift 40 lbs (physical fit) Able to work outside in Mohave County weather to assist UHAUL customers. Able to multi-task and follow directions and ask questions. Very Customer Service Focused. Communicate in English. Have Reliable Transportation. Be Computer Savvy. Own a Camera Smart Phone. Be Very Comfortable on the Phone. Be a TEAM player. UHAUL experience Required! Pay starts @ $15.00 (but is DOE)
