The evening and weekends front desk and inbound sales associate is responsible for answering the phones, answering questions, entering work orders, and scheduling for both the rental and sales side of the company. Scheduling:  This position requires working every other weekend, Friday – Sunday. The Saturday and Sunday shifts are 12 hour shifts. Duties and Responsibilities: Answers phones  Enters and assigns work orders submitted by tenants after hours Coordinates work for inbound work orders Answers questions about rental applications and available rental properties Schedules showing for rental properties Answers basic questions about for sale properties Answers basic questions from potential sellers Schedules showings and other appointments for our real estate agents Maintain multiple databases: Chime, ShowingTime, FlexMLS, AppFolio Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to be flexible Ability to work independently Education: High school diploma/GED preferred College degree NOT required. Preferred experience: Experience in customer service, marketing, call centers, project management, and/or sales.
