The Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia in Gastonia, NC is looking for a front desk agent to join team. We are located on 168 W Main Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Organize and schedule meetings as needed Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Qualifications
Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills Full time employment would require a combination of 2nd (3pm -11pm) and 3rd(11pm -7am) hours.
