• Promptly greet guests and complete guest registration process• Provide resort information and area attractions details• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks• Complete check-out procedures and collect payment• Manage guest folios and make reservations• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns• Promote teamwork and quality service• Ensure compliance with company procedures• Cultivate a 'Count On Me' Culture
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent education• Organizational and communication skills• Guest services experience in hospitality/resort environment• Customer service experience in service or retail environment• PC skills and ability to use office equipment• Knowledge of hotel front office system• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
