Hiring Immediately - Join the Admiral Cleaners' team now as a customer service representative in the Annapolis area
Schedules available - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00- 2:00pm and 2:00-7pm; Saturday 9-2pm;
NO SUNDAYS
Job Responsibilities: Serve customers dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with customers to enhance relationships. Provide product and service information and assistance to customers in a friendly manner. Maintain customer accounts with current and accurate information. Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you. Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry). Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up. Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage. Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
