Role Overview:
As a Franchise Operations Consultant (FOC), you'll be a vital part of our team, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across our franchise network. Your role will be to champion our brand standards and support our franchise partners in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide franchisees to achieve operational excellence, providing valuable insights and support.
Collaborate with franchisees to implement and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all locations.
Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive performance.
Lead onsite visits to assess performance and provide hands-on support to franchisees.
Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the overall guest experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support franchise growth initiatives.
Requirements:
A passion for health and fitness is a plus!
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships.
Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in the food service industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to travel as needed.
